Blast From the Past: Buildings of Kota Tua, Jakarta

Kota Tua, or “Old Town” in English, is a part of Jakarta where buildings from the past colonial era could still be found. This was the main area where the government affairs take place back in the 16th Century. No wonder you’ll found buildings with architecture that are unlike other buildings in Jakarta. Some of the buildings in Kota Tua are kept in good shape, mostly those which becomes tourist attraction like the Fathillah Museum and Bank Indonesia Museum. Others are seems like being left to ruins..too bad.
